Due to their strong presence, they share this theme’s energy can be contagious but also make them overly persuasive and not back down when challenged.If you're working with others who share Self-Assurance, it’s good to know that they prefer to be asked for their input rather than being given strict direction. If they appear to be coming on too strong, it's best to ‘call them in’ and get curious about where their internal compass is leading, rather than ‘calling them out’ in front of others.
