The TG Coaches are back and this time, we are diving into the most common topic in weightlifting - Technique!

Like they always say, there are many ways to skin a cat. How you approach technique is very much dependent on several different factors revolving around the coach, the individual and even the environment.

In this episode, we try to provide an understanding of how technique is usually approached in weightlifting, what variables are considered within the discussion of technique itself, and our take on how we approach solving certain common issues related to one's technique.

We do apologise if we sometimes go off alittle on a tangent as it's something very close to our hearts and something we emphasise alot on here at TG Strength.
