Episode Synopsis "The TG Podcast: Episode 8 - Recovery"
The broadest topic, apart from training, which we can talk about! But definitely something which we can go into so much detail with. With this episode, we provide a brief introduction to the topic of Recovery. What it means and how we do it at TG. We base it firstly off the Super-Compensation model where you have fitness over time. Then it's about manipulating the variables of the model to allow you to achieve adaptations based off how much you train vs how much you recover. We also dive into the various modalities of recovery and what we provide at TG so that you can have more information on how to utilise what at which point of your training. We finish off the podcast with some recommendations on how to better practise your recovery so that it suits your schedule, availability and equipment (or lack of equipment).
