These recordings are work in progress from People's Music band sessions in Chingford, London, hosted Age UK. These are the short snippets of music along the way to creating a new piece of music inspiref by a community quilt being made by Creative Community London. Soundcastle's People's Music programme supports adults who are looking after their mental health through creative music making.
