These recordings are work in progress from People's Music band sessions in Chingford, London, hosted Age UK. These are the short snippets of music along the way to creating a new piece of music inspiref by a community quilt being made by Creative Community London.

Soundcastle's People's Music programme supports adults who are looking after their mental health through creative music making. These sessions are funded the City Bridge Foundation, Garfield Weston Foundation and Arts Council England.
