"Who I am vs Who I am tryna be" A lot has always been expected of me, to be an exceptional student, sister, friend, companion, and at times, to even be a good Christian. And it’s unfortunate because honestly speaking, I don’t think I’m close to being exceptional at any of those, but for the longest time, I felt the overwhelming need to try and be everything to everyone. However, I had to come to the realization that Who I was trying be, wasn't necessarily going to be Who I truly was. I’ll try to merge two things here, introducing this podcast and diving into the discussion of the day where we have a hearty conversation about what great expectations can lead to false realities
