Dr Satu Baylan a neuropsychologist and Academic at Glasgow University discusses the findings from the MELLO Study (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30940047).Satu discusses how Music listening can have beneficial effects on cognition, while mindfulness may improve mood. Combining these approaches she suggests may enhance cognitive recovery and improve mood early post-stroke.I ask about potential benefits to other neurological conditions such as diseases which lead to dementia.
