The premier episode of Landlording is not what I expected it to be when I started planing to record but we are here now so let's talk about it.  In today's episode, I am talking about how to best deal with tenants and collecting rent during the COVID 19 crisis.  I have seen a lot of landlords become villains over the last few weeks and my take is rent is not going to be paid if your tenants think your a jerk.  Lets dig in on part one of being a landlord during the Covid 19 crisis.
