Together we learn and discover ways to empower the Husky community to inspire mental, physical and emotional transformation.     The Husky Boy Project- Episode 4 : The Boys are BACK!   I am humbled by this episode, as it shows exactly what a community can do to help get people out of whatever rut they may find themselves in. All 5 of us embarked on a 30 day challenge on June 21st. We didn't know each other, we just all knew we needing something or better yet, someone to push us!  Part of being in the Husky Boy Community is having the ability to educate and learn from others and that is exactly what this episode is about. All of these men, have different backgrounds, different jobs, different home lives, different motivation, different injury, BUT all are making progress in this 30 day challenge.    The BIGGEST take away from this episode is Accountability and Sustainability, which is something that takes time to find, but learning how others have done it and had success is still a part of your puzzle.   ALL of these individuals have competed in some of the CRAZIEST Spartan Races around the world and I for one am extremely impressed with their mental toughness and they way they train, its unlike anything I have done.  This episode is solid, but stay tuned to who will be CROWNED THE VICTOR!
