But are we?A recent article just came out, and I know I have to get the word out. So, after all the restrictions (especially to gym facilities) and covid guidelines that took a toll on people’s physical and mental health, I came across something that should have been shared earlier. And I don't want to say, "I told you so.", but I thought everyone should need to hear this.The Washington Post article says that those who exercise die less from covid.
