Episode Synopsis "Ep#6 -2 time Olympian Keli Smith-Puzo"

Kyle and Keli discuss peak level performance, coming back from having two children and continuing to compete as a member of the  USA Olympic Field Hockey Team.  They also discuss challenges faced by female athletes in todays environment.   Keli was a member of the U.S. Women’s National Team from 2001-2013 and accumulated 179 international caps. Starting her career in 2000 at the Junior Pan American Championships in Bridgetown, Barbados, She went on to be a Beijing 2008 and London 2012 Olympian, two-time World Cup participant (2002, 2006), two-time Pan American Games participant (2003, 2007) and a participant in the 2004 women's Pan American Cup. She also participated in two Champions Challenge Events and was named a Pan American All-Star in 2009. Since retiring, Smith-Puzo has been inspiring many young athletes while running her club FH Life. She currently resides in Oxford, Ohio. with her husband, Inako, and their two sons, Xavi and Ian.
