We dive into what menopause really is—not just hot flashes, but a shift in the body's entire hormonal landscape. I break down common symptoms like brain fog, mood swings, and sleep disturbances and share strategies for managing them, from nutrition and supplements to mindfulness and movement. Andropause, often called "male menopause," is just as important to understand. While it happens more gradually, it can bring fatigue, muscle loss, mood changes, and other challenges. Whether you're experiencing these changes yourself or supporting someone who is, this episode will help you feel informed, empowered, and prepared to embrace midlife with confidence.
