Episode Synopsis "Episode 16: Daniel Deal"
Daniel is a father and husband, and has been an IFer for 2 and a half years. In this weeks episode we talk about Daniel's journey from 367 pounds to being able to run a 5k, and incorporating fitness activities throughout his day. We also touch on the defense mechanism of humor and how men's emotional and mental states can often be overlooked when it comes to body image, and weight issues. And lastly we talk about how his success with IF and taking control of his health has impacted his whole family in amazingly positive ways.
