Episode Synopsis "Episode 11: A Deeper Look Into Mental Illness pt. 1"

In this new series, we will begin to explore mental illnesses and its effects on teenagers. More specifically, we will try to explore what is going on within our own student body. Our goal for this new series is to allow students to be vulnerable and recognize that they aren't alone. This week's hosts, Lilly and Becca, discuss depression.  They share their own meaning of this mental illness, and Becca talks about her own experience with depression. She talks about how she recognized it and what coping mechanisms she has used to get better.
