As William has his surgery and Doc is out of town we had to 
get this done early. 
 
In this episode the duo discuss and find out about Junior Handling rules and why some rules are in
place with a clarification from our friend Richard Paquette.
 
Will and Y also explain the zone and nationals for those 
(like them) that are not familiar with the guidelines for it.
