This week I sit down (still virtually) with Terrence Keyes from Gilbert High and we discuss his stellar cross country season as an individual and as a team and how his team was able to dethrone the might Flagstaff team at state this year. We also discuss some of his goals for this track season and why he thinks Powerade is better than Gatorade (which I think is crazy). It was a fun episode!
