In today’s episode I sit down (virtually) with my former college cross country and track coach, Eamonn Condon. Eamonn has a long history of running from his days growing up in Ireland, moving to Canada and running on his college cross country team and then coaching here in Arizona. We talk about his experiences, his insights and what he looked for in athletes when he was recruiting.
