Episode Synopsis "EP. 2| "YOUNG WITH NO LIFE EXPERIENCE""
Graduation season upon us and there will be many new BSWs joining the field. In this episode, I discuss how my young age plays a huge role in the workplace. I finished undergrad in 2019 at only 21 years old. As I navigate through the field, at times I've felt intimidated, even discouraged about something that I should take advantage of.
