Professor John Mickel, from the Queensland University of Technology, is a political expert who served as Speaker of the Queensland Legislative Assembly from 2009 to 2012 and as a minister in both the Peter Beattie and Anna Bligh Governments. He spoke to Toowoomba 2020 this week about just what he believes will happen in regards to the Toowoomba Local Government Election on March 28.
