Episode Synopsis "Episode 013 - Artists forge a path with Sheila Sadr (Writer/Teacher/Poet)"
Hello everyone! Today's episode features the one and only, Sheila Sadr. Sheila and I met at an open mic 8 years ago, and we have been in each other's orbit since. These past 8 years, Sheila has grown tremendously as a poet, writer and educator. She published her own book, "Birthday Girl" through notacult.media, which you can find at Barnes and Nobles and Amazon! She taught many workshops before starting her own recently. In this episode, Sheila and I talk about everything from writing, creativity, parents, social media, growing up Iranian-American in a predominantly white area, and food! Thank you so much to Sheila for sharing your heart and energy with us today!
