Episode Synopsis "Getting Ready to Sell Your Home and Price Reductions | Episode 3"
Topic 1 Selling your home is a process. In order to find the right buyer, you need to prepare. Recently, The Around Town Team sat down and discussed some of your most asked questions about getting your home ready to sell. Find out what you can do to prepare your home for the market, as well as what our team does to get your home sold. Topic 2 Sellers are often afraid that if their house doesn’t sell within the first 30 days, the only thing we can do is reduce the price. The Around Town Team doesn’t take that approach. By looking at the listing holistically, we are able to determine what is working and what isn’t, and work to develop a plan our sellers feel comfortable with.
