Episode Synopsis "Why you should always take the blame | Episode 4"

In today's podcast episode, I talk about taking the blame, and why is it so important to do so if you want to grow, learn from your mistakes and become a better version of yourself. If there is one thing I want you to remember from this post it’s this; Say you complain about something. You might repeat time after time “It’s my boss’s fault, my teacher’s fault, my parent’s fault, my sister’s fault etc.”. Will you complaining change anything? Will you blaming others help you achieve anything better than what you already have in the future? I guess not, or at least not likely. On the other hand, what would happen if you sat down on a quiet place, and said to yourself “It’s my fault because…” and observe what comes to your mind? After a while you might identify some of your mistakes figure out what you should not do again and what you can improve come up with a new strategy for the future realize that you could have done so much more in order for you to achieve a different outcome I understand that it might be hard to do so or you might not even believe this to be true. It’s hard to admit that it’s your own fault, to blame yourself, because blaming others will always be an easy way to avoid the hardship of being responsible. It’s hard to admit defeat. Even if you find it hard please do the following question drill; Ask yourself “could it in any way be my fault? Was there anything I could do differently to change the outcome?” and write down everything that comes to your mind. Worst case scenario you waste 10 minutes of your day and a sheet of paper.
