Your mind will try to drag you down by telling you things like "This is a waste of your energy, you should just sleep a little bit more" and the problem is that unfortunately, there is no easy solution to this. The only thing you can do, as Eckhart Tolle said is to listen to those voices, without criticizing them, or getting frustrated. Just realize their existence.
