These are the places between our homes and our workplaces. The places we gather. The places we build community, form friendships, and a whole host of other stuff. My name's Josh, and I work in the hospitality industry in the UK. A thriving community of creatives, thinkers, and coffee drinkers. This podcast is about telling the stories of the people who run these spaces, and who believe in the power they hold. This is a little intro to the style and substance of Stretch or Starve. For the first two episodes, check back in a little while. I'll cover the name of the podcast, 'Stretch or Starve', what it means, and then the theme, 'Third Spaces (or places)'. After that, we'll get on with the interviews.
