**Trigger warning**
This episode deals with death, dying, and serious medical diagnosis.
In this raw and real episode, Charlene and Tonya share their most personal grief experiences. There are many types of grief and several stages of grief. One thing for certain is that no two people experience grief the same way. You will understand that the grieving process is never linear and often one of the toughest trials humans every endure.
Tonya shares her many occasions of personal loss and how she did and didn't deal with them, which was closely linked to her depression.
