The way this "medication" works is by acting as a sponge, absorbing the contents of your bowels, and being excreted as a long, rubbery snake, thereby appearing to remove this "mucoid plaque". It has no function at all other than to suck money out of the wallets of gullible consumers with a large amount of disposable income.
