Episode Synopsis "Joy + Abundance"
This meditation builds on the framework of the Focus meditation. Transitioning from the breath to a guided visualization of a meal shared with friends and family. The object of this meditation is Joy and Abundance. This is a great practice to cultivate a feeling of gratitude for the abundance you may have experienced. It is also a way out of a scarcity loop. What would your world look like if you carried this feeling of abundance through out your day?
