Have you ever wondered when you've been walking past a cafe, bar, restaurant or small retail store why it has been for lease for SO LONG! Well so did I, and so did many of my family and friends. So I spent a little bit of time asking around the real estate agents and landlords who use Vendorable.com (where I work) and I found out the main reason why! It is all down to debt and valuations. Debt and valuations you ask? Yep, landlords don't want to put in extra money, and they can sit on their hands.
