Thomas discloses the Browns would draft Baker Mayfield at #1, and adds how the Bills were looking to trade up to draft one of 3 QBs, including Josh Allen, but would have to move from 12 to somewhere between 5-8 to do so. The Browns did draft Mayfield #1 and the Bills did trade up to #7 to draft Allen.
