Episode Synopsis "4PM: Don't Blame the Players, Blame the Coach"

Jim Rutledge and Matt Hamilton are back for an OVERREACTION Tuesday two days after the Packers survived against the Panthers 33-30 on Christmas Eve. Jim and Matt debate whether the Packers defense continues to underperform because of the players or DC Joe Barry. The guys try to discern Jaire Alexander's confusing postgame comments about how and why he almost blew the team's decision at the pregame coin flip. Jason Wilde joins Jim and Matt, and he chimes in on today's Iron Joc poll question: is it more likely that the Packers make the playoffs or finish last in the NFC North? Jason also talks about Jaire's near-mistake at the pregame coin flip as well as the seemingly deteriorating culture within the team's locker room.
