In this second episode with Phile Wharton, we continue talking about his backstory. He and his father Jim started their clinic in New York, NY, and worked tirelessly to help a variety of clients in their years there. Phil eventually moved to Flagstaff, AZ, both work with athletes and to pursue his own training. He has some great stories from those days. We have some fun tangents in this episode, something that will no doubt be a hallmark of Friday's with Phil.
