She discusses how she coped herself with this life-changing situation and how she has supported her young boys through this difficult part of their lives. Sarah touches on the important role running has played in helping her deal with her grief and tells us how running quite literally saved her life. We talk about what runs have inspired Sarah and what races she is doing next. We hear about the fantastic charity Winston's Wish, who provided childhood bereavement support for her two boys following the loss of their father.We are incredibly honoured that Sarah shared this special and private story with us and we came away with so much to reflect on and learn.
