This is message 36 in the Isaiah series.
Isaiah 38:1-22
Hezekiah, facing certain death from an incurable illness, turned in desperation to the Lord and pleaded for mercy. God, in His compassion, heard his prayer, extended his life by fifteen years, and gave a miraculous sign by turning back the shadow on the sundial. In gratitude, Hezekiah composed a song of praise, recognizing that his healing was not only physical but also a reminder of God's forgiveness and grace. His restored life pointed him back to worship and service, teaching that every moment of life is a gift to believe to God's glory.
