This Nidra is a journey. Once you are brought into complete relaxation, and through a journey around the body, you will be directed to focus on your breath, then awaken sensations in the body.  You will be taught how to move through an entire yoga sequence, mentally, to train your subconscious for the possibility of your body movements. Then, you will travel through the Chakras, and psychic symbols of the Chakras. Finally, you will be brought back.
This Nidra is a great practice for anyone with injury, or limited mobility, to find relief in "practicing" yoga in their subconscious.  It is also wonderful for anyone with full physical ability, as it will allow you to move with ease through postures wherein you may otherwise find challenge in the 4D. 
Regardless of who you are, this practice has benefits beyond that which you experience during the practice.  Sort of like sleep; you don't actually, rationally KNOW and understand all of the processes and intricacies happening in your body while you are asleep, but you are HEALING yourself.  Same for Nidra, do not try to rationalize or make sense of anything; this is the process of detached observation.  Watch the whole process as if looking through a mirror, outside of yourself.  There is no need to comprehend or think. 
Just be.  The work will be done for you; you simply allow it.
