Episode Synopsis

Use this ANYTIME you just need a break from life.  Get some pillows or cushions to have ready for the end. 
Lie down, place something small under your neck or your knees or both, if you feel you need extra support there, and just listen. 
You will be guided through letting go of your physical body, and tapping into your source. After a long rest, you will be guided to rise to a comfortable seat, and then through a guided meditation.
