Episode Synopsis "Yoga Nidra for Sadness"

This 35 minute Yoga Nidra meditation is for those dark times of deep sorrow and sadness.  Yoga Nidra is backed by science as a way to become less emotionally reactive and to balance the nervous system.  Yoga Nidra is not a yoga practice, it is translated to Yoga Sleep, and is usually done by lying down or finding rest in a comfortable and supported seated position. Prior experience is not necessary.Support the Show.Listen on Insight Timer https://insighttimer.com/elkejohnsonSubscribe @Restful Medicine on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVWbsKjfzIbDRM8PeZfwqww/videos?view=0Elke is a certified 500 hr Yoga Teacher focusing on Grief Yoga (R), Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and Yoga Nidra (Transformational Sleep).
