Listen "Resilient Humans Episode 4: What are excuses and why do we use them?"
Episode Synopsis
We've all been there before. We want to do something, but we find excuses not to. Maybe we don't feel like it, or maybe we're just lazy. But whatever the reason, excuses are a part of life. But what exactly are excuses? And what's the difference between an excuse and a reason? Excuses are usually based on our emotions, while reasons are based on logic. For example, if you don't want to go to the gym because you're tired, that's an excuse. But if you can't go because you have to work late, that's a reason. In today's episode, Ingrid and I discuss the top excuses we hear. And most importantly, how to overcome them!--------------------------------Connect with me!https://www.facebook.com/kevinwood81https://www.instagram.com/cfcoach_kevin/Feel free to join my free Facebook group.
