Episode Synopsis "Early Detection of Discomforts - Is it Me or Is it Them?"
For decades society has stigmatized words that refer to people suffering with mental and emotional issues. Ever since I was a teen I have witnessed people that were not coping with the challenges of everyday life. Just as the therapist states in this interview we all, you, me, us, those, them, any noun or pronoun you wish to use, fill in the blank. Even a Therapist's needs a confidant; you that says, "oh I am good" I don't need anything; you should be in front of the line to be the first one in the door of a Therapist. Just because a mechanic in a mechanic does not mean that his/her care never needs work; just because an MD is a doctor does not mean that he/she never gets sick, be for real with yourself and stop deceiving yourself into thinking that you have no room for improvement.
