Episode Synopsis "Discussions on Algorithmic Credit Scoring: Challenges from Financial Regulation ( first part)"

We argue that an effective concept of accountability ought to respond to the regulatory objectives of distributive justice and the reconfiguration of the right to privacy of financial consumers. The interdependence between social normativism, social integration, and regulation is at the core of this discussion.
