Episode Synopsis
                            Gwen Jorgensen is dubbed the “Queen of the Triathlon”. She became the first American to win a gold medal in the triathlon at the 2016 Olympics in Rio. In 2017, she transitioned to professional running. Gwen currently lives and trains in Boulder, Colorado with her husband, Patrick, and her son, Stanley. She is coached by Bobby McGee.
In today’s episode, Gwen discusses her recent big announcement. She shares her personal journey of balancing life as a mom and an athlete. We talk about some of the current recommendations with regards to exercise during pregnancy and some of the knowledge gaps that still exist with regards to recommendations for elite pregnant athletes.
