Shaykh Safar al Hawali is one of the most significant Islamic scholar and thinker of our age. In this episode, shaykh Hassan al Kettani reviews his last book: Islam and Western civilisation. This masterpiece of 3000 pages summarises the thinking of shaykh Safar al Hawali, and most importantly leaves precious and calm advice to the ulama, callers to Islam and the ruling family in Saudi Arabia. He was arrested alongside his sons immediately after the publishing of his book. The courageous stance of shaykh Safar for the truth led shaykh Hassan al Kettani to compare him to no other that Imam Ahmad (may Allah have mercy on him) May Allah release him and all those detained unjustly.
