Brian is a USMC veteran, former Deputy Chief of Staff for South Bend Mayor, Pete Buttigieg and he also was an important part of the campaign that helped US Senator, Todd Young get elected. Because of Brian's extensive experience as an athlete, military veteran and working on both sides of the political aisle to impact change, Brian was a perfect guest to discuss the topic of successful teams. Brian shared with us the three pillars of success from the book Team of Teams, by General Stanley Mcchrystal.
