Kaylee works at the Dietologist in Sydney and has a passion to help women before, during and after pregnancy. We are chatting about which foods to avoid in pregnancy, foods that help you with your first trimester, morning sickness, and foods that help with your baby’s development. We will include simple ways to include these nutrients in your busy life without lots of preplanning. What you are eating during pregnancy can impact your child’s future risk of common lifestyle conditions including; asthma, allergies, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. I am so grateful to have Kaylee on the show today. She is such a knowledgeable guest and is also pursuing a PhD investigating the impact that diet and lifestyle changes can have on preventing heart disease amongst women that have high blood pressure and preeclampsia in pregnancy.
