In this installment, I talk with Carol Sigvaldasson , owner and chef at The Flying Yellow Bread Bowl in Powell River, about her commitment to using local food as much as possible year-round. The Flying Yellow Bread Bowl is located at 4968 Ewing Place, near the corner of Alberni St. and Marine Ave. in the old centre of Powell River. Current hours are Tuesday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM year round.
