Throughout this series we will be taking a deep dive into the world that is Israeli politics in the lead up to the elections in March. That election will be Israel’s fourth in 2 years. Our mission is to try and explain the complicated world of Israeli democracy. This episode we are taking it back to the basics.The Israeli electoral system can be complicated and convoluted. In this episode we will look at the founding of Israel’s democracy, how it has changed in the last 72 years and how it works today.
