We’ve all been at the point where we feel like we need help, we want to be heard, and we want to be understood. But to be able to do all that, we need to open up. It's an easy thing to do for some people, but for some others, being open and being seen as vulnerable is hard. We get that people have their own struggles in life, but they shouldn't feel lonely in facing them. For our very first episode, we’re going to get real honest, really vulnerable, and of course, without any judgment in sight, as we take on the topic of the difficulties and challenges of simply opening up.
