Episode Synopsis "Jesus & Prayer"

Jesus had a reputation for going to a lonely place to pray (Luke 5:16). This is something He did regularly. But what about you? Can the same be said about our relationship with prayer? If Jesus, who was God manifested in the flesh (John 1:1,14; 1 Tim. 3:16; Col. 2:8-10, Isaiah 9:6), gave Himself to prayer, so should we. In this episode, we focus on some key principles Jesus taught His disciples concerning prayer (Matthew 6:5-8). Listen with an open mind and heart, being ready to put into practice what you hear in this study. Allow God's Word to inform how you should think about prayer - what it is and what it's not. Let what you hear in this study help you grow in your prayer life so that you can remain connected to the One who gives life (Acts 17:28), who is Love (1 John 4:8), the only true-living God (Isaiah 45:5).
