Episode Synopsis "My Spiritual Awakening & Spirituality in General "
I recently stumbled across something that I know I was meant to see! I haven’t had a solid spiritual belief system is so long despite wanting to connect more deeply with myself and the universe for a while and finally have a great belief system to follow that is typically followed by the witch/pagan community & is similar to Hinduism. I also speak about how pieces of this spiritual practice have helped me through trying times (along with actual clinical help:)). I hope to help others who are in a rut and are interested in being spiritual but are intimidated by it to see that it is an individualized experience that you can make your own. There’s no pressure to perfectly follow the practices of just one belief system. Don’t limit yourself or do anything uncomfortable for you. I understand if you don’t believe any of this, but I do recommend at least using techniques like meditation and manifestation to connect with yourself and your “higher self”, whether or not you believe in that the same way I do.
