It's Just for Us - Learn why you should be listening to this podcast Hi! I'm Andrea Metcalf. I am happy to share some of my best stories, experiences and interviews with some of the most badass amazing people I've met over the past 50+ years of my life. I've been sharing my passion for fitness in every form for more than 3 decades. They say you shouldn't say 35 years that 3 decades sounds better. Whatever!?! I want to kick off this weekly podcast with a few key ideas. 1. Life doesn't go as planned, so don't plan out every move. Plan B or C or Divorce may be a better option. 2. Life is what you make of it. Yes, it's true you can make things happen and sometimes they workout and sometimes they don't but it's always better to try than to regret it later. 3. I want to know about what you're doing to make your life worth living and if you're only in your twenties, please don't judge us -we could be you one day!
