In this episode, I delve into the problematic work ethic which is commonly seen amongst many civil servants within the civil service, and I highlight reasons as to why their attitudes are the main problem, and how it affects other sectors within society, even when privatised. I offer constructive criticism including examples of how things could be improved, if only civil servants and the Royal Mail were willing to listen.
